As COVID-19 quarantine restrictions are lifted globally and businesses worldwide begin to resume operations, we at CID Worldwide LTD understand you may be anxious about returning to a level of normalcy. To address those concerns, we want to share with you what we are doing to ensure peace of mind for those who travel with us now or in the near future. From the onset of this pandemic, we have made it our mission to standby our commitment to you to provide safe, reliable, and professional chauffeured car service. As information and guidelines change, so have / will we. For now, our focus is on duty of care and playing a constructive role within our industry during this time of instability and beyond.

When travelling, you should:

• We request our client to wear a face covering whilst in the vehicle.
• Keep 2 metres apart from others where possible
• Wash your hands before and after your journey
• Carry a hand sanitiser or use sanitiser points at stations that are being installed over the coming weeks

How we make your journey safer:

• We have identified the higher risk areas of our vehicles, such as areas that are touched more regularly.
• Supply standard cleaning products for regular cleaning and making sure there are adequate disposal arrangements for used cleaning products.
• Cleaning regularly-touched objects and surfaces (like door handles, handrails and seat belt clips) more often than usual using standard cleaning products.
• Clearing workspaces, removing and appropriately disposing of waste and removing belongings from the vehicle at the end of each journey.
