WAITING TIME AND PARKING CHARGES Pick-up from an Airport – 60 minutes of waiting time (after the plane has landed) is included in the price. Waiting time is then charged in 15 minute increments. Parking charges for 60 minutes are included in the price quoted, any additional parking will be charged at cost. Airport waiting time is based on the estimated arrival time of your flight using a combination of external 3rd party flight tracking systems. The arrival time is determined at the point your vehicle is dispatched to the airport. Pick-up from another location – We provide a grace period of 15 minutes after the stated collection time. Waiting time is then charged in 15 minute increments. Any parking charges incurred will be charged at cost.
DELAYS:- CID Worldwide Ltd In extreme weather conditions and certain unavoidable situations, customers can receive compensation to a certain extent, such as longer waiting times. Last-minute cancellations due to unforeseeable situations will be compensated by a full refund to the Customer (if accepted by the Customer). In the event of an unexpected Traffic delay, road blockage or such incidents that might cause financial loss like missing an important meetings, hotel booking, missing a flights for the customer and CID Worldwide Ltd has no control over it due to unforeseen circumstances, we do not take any responsibility or pay compensation.
LOST PROPERTY:- Any items lost within the vehicles will be returned to the Lost and Found department, which can be retrieved by either calling your driver or the office number. The cost incurred to deliver the items will be paid by the Customer like transportation cost, Courier, etc. However, we do not charge for the storage facility of the items. No responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the car unless the loss or damage is a result of negligence by CID Worldwide Ltd. Customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and CID Worldwide Ltd shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
CANCELLATIONS:- Charges apply for Customer ‘no shows’ and cancellation at the tariff rate based on the service booked | Cancellation notice periods (unless otherwise specified) are as follows: Mercedes E/V/S Class Service: 4 Hours | Range Rover, Bentley, Rolls Royce Service: 24 Hours | Coaches, minibuses and all other vehicles in the UK & Worldwide: 24 Hours
PAYMENT:- CID reserves the right to review the charges to take account of movements in the Retail Price Index, currency fluctuations, fuel, legislative changes or any other charges outside of our control | Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. CID reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at the base rate of interest plus 5%. CID accepts most credit cards as a means of payment but a surcharge of 3% will be levied to cover the costs of credit card processing.
GENERAL:- If you cannot locate your chauffeur and you seek an alternative method of transport without first contacting CID Worldwide Ltd to try and resolve the situation, you will be charged the tariff rate based on the service booked | In the event that the interior of the vehicle is soiled or damaged by the Customer, a valeting charge will apply | CID accept no responsibility for property left in or around the vehicle. In the event of property being left in our vehicles, the return of such items will be subject to a charge | The chauffeur will take the most optimal route, unless the customer gives specific instructions. If a longer route is requested this could have an impact on the final cost of the journey | Diversions or stops en-route will be charged at prevailing rates for the additional mileage or waiting time | Surcharges will apply on Bank Holidays as follows: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve from 18:00 and New Year’s Day: 100% | Gratuities are at the Customer’s discretion.
LIABILITY & EXCLUSIONS:- In the event of any claim against CID Worldwide Ltd arising out of their performance of hire, the company’s liability shall be limited to a refund not exceeding the cost of the journey. | CID Worldwide Ltd shall be under no liability to the Customer whatsoever for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the Customer arising out of a breach by CID Worldwide Ltd of these terms and conditions.
DATA PROTECTION
CID Worldwide Ltd use of personal information supplied by you when you use this website is governed by our privacy policy. CID Worldwide Ltd fully respects your rights to privacy and utilises the following practices in regards to any information we are provided with or obtain about users of this website. In order to provide service to you as a customer of CID Worldwide Ltd we may require you to provide certain information to us. Common items may include, but are not limited to, the booker and/or the passenger's name, address, phone number and credit card details. By providing this information to CID Worldwide Ltd, you are agreeing to allow us to utilise this information to complete all services you request to us. When using this website your keystrokes may be recorded for service quality, training or other purposes. We may pass your personal information to, or allow access to your personal information by, third party service providers or organisations that otherwise assist us in providing goods, services or information you request.
LICENCE:- CID Worldwide Ltd grants you a non-exclusive licence to access and use the content in this website for your personal purposes. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the content for commercial purposes.
CHANGES TO THIS WEBSITE
CID Worldwide Ltd may at any time make alterations to or to withdraw this website or any part of it. All Intellectual Property Rights in any developments, improvements, alterations, modifications and enhancements to the Software arising from consultation with the Customer and/or at the request of the Customer shall vest automatically in CID Worldwide Ltd upon creation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CID Worldwide Ltd excludes all warranties, express or implied relating to this website. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranty that the information it contains is accurate or up-to-date or is suitable for any particular purpose.
CID Worldwide Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this website. There may be links to other websites from the CID Worldwide Ltd website; however, these other websites are not controlled by CID Worldwide Ltd and we are not responsible for any content contained on any such website or any loss suffered by you in relation to your use of such websites. You waive any and all claims against CID Worldwide Ltd regarding the inclusion of links to outside websites or your use of those websites.
NON-SOLICITATION OF PERSONNEL
If you wish to directly hire or employ a CID Worldwide Ltd, we reserve the right to levy a £5,000 fee to cover the costs of recruiting and training the chauffeur.
AFFILIATES
CID Worldwide Ltd reserves the right to enlist the services of carefully selected affiliates to provide the service on our behalf during busy periods, but shall remain responsible for the overall service delivery.
